Trying Hard to Bring up The Mileage without putting the hurt on my legs. I've been reading that increasing by 5 miles one week & then keeping steady for another week usually does the trick but I'm not sure how I want to do things yet.

Out into Washington Neighborhoods & Back in the Snow. Insane to get two snowdays like this. Won't see that again for some time. Need to work on the hammys. Very sore today.
