Sprinted up Fire House Hill Mid Run for some Nostalgia haha. Rest of the run felt good. My heart rate started into zone 3 around 2.5 miles. Last week I was hitting z3 around 1-2 miles.

A Beautiful 5 in the snow this morning through Salt Lake. Got to spend all of yesterday evening with the Salt Lake gang. Really enjoyed myself.
