75 Minutes
Ouch! Today Killed! After the crazy hills yesterday, I went and stretched my calf for about an hour and it surprisingly completely fixed it! Unfortunately, because I spent so much time workng on my right leg, I disregarded my left leg! Well, this morning Ethan and I went out for a long run and the rear side of my hip and my hamstring was just killing me! It hurt so bad but I pushed through! I felt bad for Ethan because I ended up cutting the run just a little short at the end, by about 5 minutes cause I was hurting just too bad! The good news is we kept 6:35 pace the whole time which was just nuts! Our fastest mile was a 6:22! I hate that I had to cut our run short, hopefully Ill be ready for our workout friday, Im gonna be doing a ton of stretching!
