One of my favorite runs I've done in a while. I went down to 2450 and ran barefoot for a mile or so. I dropped a nice sub 7 going around the grass. I was really attempting to put a strong focus on my form, specifically my back kick and where I'm coming down on my foot. I think those are two qualities of my form that could use imporvement in making me lighter.
After the run, I still felt some pian seeping into my right leg where it had been injured. Not sure if I need to give it mor time or not. All I know is I've come back from worse injuries quicker than I have this one. Im gonna have to do some thinking.
