Short-Term Running Goals:
Goal: To at the least be 4 seconds of state qualifying in the 800. To break 17 in a 5k. To race a varsity XC race.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Goal: To run an ultra marathon.
Running is good.
Not too hard a little difficult after the race
