Good morning with Josh! It was snowing outside so we hit the track! Regual pacing! Stretched last night but am still getting some pains! Not sure if I should try and do a workout tomorrow or not! After running Josh taught me some basics for climbing! I got up two routes which was a lot of fun! I need to get me a pair of shoes! My arms were wrecked afterwatds! Its good work for flexability and a bit of strnght training for the arms back and legs! I think I want to routinely keep this up! Josh has gotten pretty dang good!
