Short-Term Running Goals:
Goal: To break 17 in a 5k early on this season. To race varsity.
Long-Term Running Goals:
To run and Ultra Marathon
To continue running throughout my life
Running is good.
Ran with Ethan. We did some crazy hills, kept 7 minute pace average, and had 3 sub 7 miles. We did foothill to Parley's and back. Running only made me a little late for class haha.
