Goal: To break 17 in a 5k early on this season. To race varsity.
Long-Term Running Goals:
To run and Ultra Marathon
To continue running throughout my life
Running is good.
60: Solid 8 mile loop through hogle zoo and foothill. Felt nice to get off the treadmill and out on the road. Hopefully, the next 2 days won't be freezing, so I can actually run outside.
