AM It was my first time running in quite a while. My leg is still hurting pretty bad when I run, but it feels fine when I'm walking. Also, I am super out of shape which is frusturating, but I'm hoping to make some progress soon.
AM: This morning I ran two miles. I ran once last week. Last week I was huring much more than this week. I still feel incredibly out of shape and am a little frusturated with that, but I'm still hoping that once I get back into it, I will get back into shape quicly. My leg still has a dull pain after running.
