Good Day! Ran 1500 up Parleys and back, extended up Parleys trail, and then took Foothill back! Kept 6:59 pace, so a little slower today, Ill blame it on Saturdays workout haha! Still, two thirds of my run was inbetween 6:30 and 6:50 splits! I just had a couple of slower miles coming up Parleys! Gained 987ft in elevation! Feeling Fresh, Ready for BYU!
